Course Curriculum Deadlines

Once course change proposals have been approved by the individual academic colleges or schools, they must be reviewed by the University Committee on Courses and Programs before being forwarded to the Graduate Council (if graduate or dual credit courses) and/or the Faculty Senate. The Committee on Courses and Programs meets on the fourth Friday of each month, unless unusual circumstances require that the meeting be changed. In order for course change proposals to be reviewed in a given month, all materials must be received in the Graduate School by the second Friday of that month. In order to be included in the next year's catalogs, course changes must be fully approved by the first of March. All course changes must now be initiated on-line.
