  1. Minutes for the June 18th, 2009, Graduate Council meeting will stand approved if no corrections are received.  (Please review the minutes on the Graduate School web page before the meeting:  http://www.uark.edu/grad).

  4. Selecting committee members for the Calendar Committee, University Course and Programs Committee, Library Committee, and University Program Review Committee.

Discussion Item:  Changing the reporting requirements for the Annual Graduate Student Academic Review.  Currently, programs are required to report about each student individually using the form in Attachment A.  Would it be acceptable to allow programs to report about all students at once in a spreadsheet format, such as Attachment B?
  8. Graduate faculty recommendations for graduate assistants:  A preliminary list is attached (Attachment C).  A complete list will be distributed at the meeting.
