Graduate Faculty Application and Forms

Graduate Faculty Application Instructions

  1. Obtain Graduate Faculty Application form by contacting the Graduate School at 479-575-4401 or by downloading the form:
  2. Faculty eligible for graduate faculty status are those who hold an academic position on the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, campus. This academic position may be adjunct.
  3. Forward the completed form with the applicant's and the department head/chair's signature to your Graduate Council Representative.

PLEASE INCLUDE A VITAE OR RESUME WITH THE APPLICATION.

  1. The Graduate Council Representative will review the application and forward those applications which meet their college's standards to the Graduate School.
  2. Graduate Faculty applications are reviewed by the Associate Dean and submitted to the Graduate Council for approval.
