The U of A has proven to be the perfect place for me to pursue research in a field that helps ensure the safety of people and the environment. I would definitely recommend the U of A Ralph E. Martin Department of Chemical Engineering to anyone interested in the field. There is such a wide range of research projects available from bio-fuels to safety and environmental research to cancer treatment and much more. The professors in the department are fantastic and the sense of community is great.
